Are your decants authentic?

Yes! All our decants are 100% authentic. We source full bottles directly from trusted wholesalers and authorized retailers. Each decant is freshly prepared from the original bottle—so you always receive the genuine scent experience. “Smell before you commit” with confidence!

What sizes do your decants come in, and how many sprays do I get?

We offer decants in 2ml, 5ml, and 10ml glass atomizers:
  • 2ml: ~20–30 sprays
  • 5ml: ~50–70 sprays
  • 10ml: ~100–140 sprays
(Spray counts are approximate and can vary slightly depending on the atomizer and fragrance viscosity.) These sizes are perfect for sampling, travel, or discovering your new signature scent!

How are decants filled and packaged?

Every decant is hand-filled to order in a clean, sanitized environment using sterile equipment. We use high-quality glass atomizers to preserve the fragrance and prevent contamination. Each decant is clearly labeled with the fragrance name, size, and brand for your convenience.

Can I return or exchange a decant if I don’t like the scent?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on decants once they have been opened or used. If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damage, or leakage), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right!

Why is my decant bottle not completely full?

We fill each decant to the stated volume (e.g., 2ml, 5ml, 10ml), but atomizer bottles can sometimes appear less than full due to the shape of the vial or the placement of the spray mechanism. Rest assured, you are receiving the correct measured amount as advertised.

Do you offer discounts or loyalty programs?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I request a fragrance not listed on your website?

We’re always open to suggestions! If there’s a specific fragrance you’d like to see offered, please reach out via our contact form or email. While we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll do our best to source it for you or notify you if it becomes available.

Are decants safe to travel with?

Absolutely. Our decant sizes (2ml, 5ml, and 10ml) are TSA-compliant and perfect for travel. For best results, place them in a sealed bag when flying to prevent any accidental leakage due to air pressure changes.

What’s the best way to sample a new fragrance?

Apply a single spray to a pulse point (wrist or inner elbow) and let it develop over several hours. Avoid rubbing your wrists together, as this can alter the scent. Sampling on clean, moisturized skin gives the most accurate impression.

How long will my fragrance decant last?

  • 2ml: Usually lasts 1–2 weeks with daily use (1–2 sprays per day)
  • 5ml: Typically 2–4 months with daily use
  • 10ml: Can last up to 6 months, depending on usage

Why does my decant seem weaker than the tester I smelled in store?

Decants are filled from authentic bottles, so the fragrance concentration is identical. However, factors like skin chemistry, environment, and even weather can impact how a fragrance projects. Store testers are often oversprayed, giving a stronger first impression. Try applying your decant to pulse points and allow it to develop for 15–30 minutes for the most accurate scent.

Do clone fragrances perform differently than originals?

High-quality clones are formulated to closely match the original’s performance. Some differences in longevity and projection are normal due to ingredient variations. We carefully select our offerings for strong performance, often lasting 6–8 hours with good projection in the first 2–3 hours.

My fragrance smells different after a few weeks. Is this normal?

Yes—this is completely normal and often beneficial! Fragrances can “settle” over time, allowing ingredients to blend more harmoniously. Store your decant upright in a cool, dark place. If you notice any sour or off-putting changes, contact us right away.

How should I store my decants for best performance?

Keep decants in their original packaging, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Room temperature (65–75°F) is ideal. Avoid bathroom storage due to humidity. Our glass vials provide UV protection, but a drawer or cabinet offers extra safety.
